EMPLOYMENT STATUS: FULL TIME
COMPENSATION: $125-$150k with Full Benefits Package
POSITION TYPE/ HOURS: Monday – Friday, 8am to 5pm, with some evening and weekend work as needed
TRAVEL: Regional / Day
Position Description
The Company is looking for an individual in the role of an IT Business Management Consulting Leader who can demonstrate the ability to create and manage a referencable client base by partnering with our client to enable business vision via innovative applications of technology. This individual will lead a team of Consultants of varying levels of skill and experience. This individual may leverage the sales leadership to develop business opportunities in new and existing clients.
The Key Responsibilities and Capabilities
The Individual must demonstrate:
Broad knowledge of technology
Understand how to transformation strategy into actionable items
Understanding of Digital Transformation and where to leverage within our core competencies
Leading clients and prospects through a journey that will integrate business and technology strategies
Developing and architecting the framework(s) of solutions to deliver to the market
Must be a networker and thought leader who can quickly show value by addressing clients’ specific needs
Approach the executive suite of clients and prospective clients to position our services/solutions
Deliver engagement leadership in our engagements
Must be able to multi-task, delegate, and manage project initiatives, opportunity development, and operational / administrative tasks
Liaise with divisional leaders to understand how to position The Company's core capabilities and to work together to create and drive new solutions to market leveraging other parts of the business
Strong communication skills with clients and prospective clients – verbal and writing
Lead teams that may be virtual and/or consist of partner resources
High level of motivation and commitment to shape the vision of the The Company's Business Consulting Group
Vertical industry experience (manufacturing?) or vertical competency such as eCommerce
Ability to operate and deliver independently
Must travel as required
Experience
- 10 or more years performing in similar capacity
Education
- MBA
- Industry certifications and credentials.
