CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER

We are seeking a Customer Support Manager to join our rapidly growing, cold beer lovin’ company! You will provide online customer support via online portal and telephone, as well as overseeing multiple remote-staff members, and closely assisting our CEO/Co-Founder with various projects as needed.
We aim to make logistics effortless, fair, and efficient through the use of market-leading technology. Although you'll have access to an office, the majority of the work will be done remotely.
Provide application support to our new and current customers
Communicate with customers via phone, email, etc.
Troubleshoot problems that arise during transit
Adhere and enforce all operational procedures and policies
Work with senior management on strategic and tactical decisions affecting the company at large
Must be flexible - we are disrupting an industry so changes to traditional processes should be expected
Must possess strong interpersonal and time management skills
Oversee and operate online support system, as well as some customer calls (calls are really rare)
Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment is preferred
Exceptional ability to identify and solve problems
Fast learner and dynamic thinker
Intellectual curiosity is a must
High level of technical aptitude
Strong internal and external communication skills including verbal, written, presentation, and active listening
Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent work experience)
